C. Edward Brice

A seasoned industry veteran, Mr. Brice has more than 18 years marketing experience in developing new markets for evolving technology in enterprise software applications, information security, consumer electronics, and intelligent transportation systems. Mr. Brice brings a unique perspective with combined B2B and B2C experience across startup and large multinational enterprise environments.

Most recently, Mr. Brice was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Lumension Security where he was responsible for leading the company’s strategic global marketing efforts including branding, demand generation, solution marketing, partner marketing, and corporate communications. As a member of the senior management team, Mr. Brice was instrumental in turning around the business performance of Lumension, and in leading the company to a successful exit.

Prior to joining Lumension Security, Mr. Brice served as Group Vice President of Global Marketing at software maker SAP AG, where he was part of a global brand repositioning effort, and responsible for defining and executing demand generation programs across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining SAP, Mr. Brice served as the Director of Business Development and Business Planning for Sony Electronics and Sony Corporation of America where he was responsible for the identification and development of new businesses related to emerging technologies and services.

Mr. Brice is one, of but a few, marketing professionals to have ever attained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, and is a frequent speaker on evolving trends in marketing and technology. Mr.Brice is also an award winning and published photographer and timelapse film maker, and has started several businesses including a small real estate development company, and a reselling business providing internet services to the SOHO and the SMB marketplace.

Mr. Brice received his degree in International Marketing from Arizona State University where he graduated Cum Laude and has continued his executive education with programs at Wharton, Columbia School of Business, University of Michigan, and the University of Virginia. Mr. Brice currently resides in Scottsdale Arizona with his wife Anna.
